These Terms govern your use of the Liftable platform ("Service"), including its AI coach personas. By creating a plan or account, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older to use this Service. We collect and store an age confirmation at signup.
The Service is AI-powered
Every coach persona is an AI system, not a human personal trainer. None of them have certifications, credentials, or a personal training history — any language that reads that way is a bug, not a feature; please report it.
Not medical advice
Coaching content is general fitness information only, not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See our Disclaimer for details.
Subscriptions and billing
Plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. You can cancel or change your payment method any time via the billing portal in your account settings. We never see or store your card details.
SMS
SMS messaging requires its own separate opt-in with its own consent language. Reply STOP at any time to opt out, or HELP for support.
Account termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
