This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
What we collect
- Intake answers: goals, experience, equipment, injuries, age, height, weight, sex
- Health screening answers (PAR-Q+ style questionnaire)
- Workout logs and coach chat messages
- Progress photos, if you choose to upload them
- Billing metadata from Stripe (never raw card numbers — we never touch those)
- SMS opt-in consent, timestamp, and IP address, if you opt in to SMS
Progress photos
Progress photos are stored in a private bucket and are never public. We only use them for marketing if you give separate, explicit written consent at the moment of upload — the default is no, and you can withdraw consent at any time.
How we use your data
To generate and adjust your training plan, power the AI coach's memory of you, process billing, and — only if you opt in — send SMS check-ins.
Third parties
We use Supabase (database/auth/storage), Stripe (billing), Anthropic (coach chat), Twilio (SMS), and an email provider for transactional email. Each processes only what's needed to provide the Service.

You can access, export, or delete your data from account settings, or by contacting us.
